Compliance with the information requirement towards personal data owners processed by Cromo-Stal LLC.

According to art.13 and 14 GDPR (European Union General Data Protection Regulation and Council of EU requirements no. 2016/679 dated 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing and free flow of personal data and repealing Directive 95/46/WE) Cromo-Stal  LLC informs to process and be the Administrator of personal data  as permitted by art.6 (1) of GDPR. Natural persons, whose personal data are processed by Cromo-Stal LLC, have the right to access the content, demand to correct, supplement, rectify, transfer, forget or limit the processing of their personal data, as well as they have right to object towards its processing. This right can be pursued in the Cromo-Stal main office in Katowice Miedziana 10 Street from 9 am to 3 pm.

Cromo- Stal LLC does not process the personal data in an automated way and does not profile these data.

Cromo-Stal LLC informs about the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Body which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Materials and service suppliers

Your personal data are processed by our company for the purpose of:

·         the proper performance of the agreement- data are processed in terms of concluded agreement on the basis of art.6 (1) l. b) GDPR;

·         the realisation of obligations resulting from the Rules of Law (the tax settlement, accounting)- the data are processed on the basis of art.6 (1) c) GDPR;

·         any recovery or legal service- the data are processed on the basis of art.6 (1) l. f)GDPR;

 

The data has been acquired:

·         directly from You Sir/Madam regarding the previously performed activity f.e. - sending an offer;

·         or from the person managing the company, in which you Sir/Madam are working – this person identified you as the person responsible for contact with us;

·         or from data available on public websites, in telephone address’s books in Public Registries.

 

The data will be processed for 10 years, since the last contact or the moment of  receiving objection towards its processing or demanding its removal. In case of receiving an objection the data can still be processed, but only till the moment of presenting claims resulting from non-performance or improper performance of  the agreement (if the agreement has been concluded) or till the moment of expiration of obligations of its storage, resulting from rules of laws, especially the obligation to store the accounting documents.

The data recipients could only be persons authorised to data processing and public authorities entitled on the legal basis.

The data may be forward to the IT services providers, who processes the data on behalf of the administrator.

You Sir/Madam have the right to request Cromo-Stal LLD.  to provide you with the access to Your personal data, its rectification, removal, limiting its processing, move or object the processing.

Clients(potential clients)

Sir/Madam your personal data are processed in our company for the purposes related to:

·         initiating business cooperation and communication-  on the basis of art.6 (1)l.  f)GDPR;

·         performing obligation resulting from the rules of law (tax settlement, accounting)- the data are processed on the basis of  art.6 (1) l. c)GDPR;

·         the proper performance of an agreement- the data are processed on the basis of  art.6 (1) l. b)GDPR;

·         any recovery or legal service- the data are processed on the basis of art.6 (1) l. f) GDPR;
